General terms and conditions for contracting and participating in guided tours, and image rights<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Participants, by the mere fact of registering for an activity, assume that, due to the characteristics of these activities, they cannot be exempt from a certain risk.<\/p>\n

Likewise, each participant is responsible for being in the necessary physical and mental condition to participate in the activities for which they are enrolled, and for not being under the influence of relaxing, stimulating, or hallucinogenic substances during said activities.<\/p>\n

All activities are conducted in groups, which requires adapting to the level of the less physically or technically skilled. Therefore, activities may vary in length, duration, difficulty, etc., at the guide’s discretion, to preserve the integrity and safety of participants. <\/p>\n

If minors participate, their parents\/guardians will be responsible for their participation and must be aware of the risks and specificities of the activity booked, as well as the other instructions included in the booking confirmation message.<\/p>\n

The participant agrees to obey the instructors and follow the safety rules and instructions they dictate.<\/p>\n

On the day of the activity, participation may be denied to any person who does not meet the minimum requirements to be able to carry out the activity safely and harmoniously, either due to lack of physical fitness, inadequate equipment (footwear unsuitable for hiking, lack of warm clothing, etc.), or a disrespectful or inappropriate attitude toward the guide and\/or other participants.<\/p>\n

The technical specifications of the activities are posted on the website and are reminded to the customer in the reservation confirmation message before the activity. It is understood that by paying for the activity, obtaining the ticket, or signing the registration form, the participant is fully informed of the activity, has read the technical specifications, is aware of the rules, and accepts these conditions. <\/p>\n

Terms and conditions for the services offered by Culnatur Servicios Tur\u00edsticos S.L.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Torcal Alto Visitor Center \u2013 Torcal de Antequera Natural Park<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Reservation and payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The contracted service(s) must be paid for at least 72 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled delivery date.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, Culnatur Servicios Tur\u00edsticos S.L.<\/strong> cannot guarantee the availability of the resources necessary for the proper execution of the services.<\/p>\n

An invoice will only be issued once payment has been made, not prior to it.<\/strong>
To issue an invoice, the client must provide their tax information in writing <\/strong>via the official email address:

2. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n

2.1 Cancellation of activities by the organization<\/strong><\/p>\n

Activities may be cancelled by the organizers in the following cases: failure to meet the minimum number of participants required for the activity, unfavorable weather conditions at the organizers’ discretion*, or force majeure.<\/p>\n

Once the organization decides to cancel a visit, it will send an email to all participants with reservations, indicating the reason for the cancellation and the options available.<\/p>\n

In this case, should the organization decide to cancel the visit, the participant will be entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the reservation to another date when the same or similar activity is offered.<\/p>\n

*The presence of fog <\/strong>will not be a reason for cancellation, as it is a meteorological phenomenon characteristic of the Torcal de Antequera<\/strong>, common at certain times of the year.<\/em><\/p>\n

2.2 Cancellation of reservation by the participant<\/strong><\/p>\n

The participant has the right to cancel their reservation for any reason, provided they notify the organization in advance.<\/p>\n
